Freezing Moo has taken KC by storm. They use an East Asian method of making ice cream which involves freezing ice cream over top an ice-cold grill. They even make it right in front of your eyes! They have multiple locations in the Kansas City area such as: Kansas City, Leawood, and two locations in Overland Park!
