KC Fall Festivities You Won't Want to Miss

Now that Summer is over and the cold weather is creeping in, Fall festivities can commence! We've put together some of our favorite activities. Here are some of our suggestions to help your family have some fun in Fall!

Worlds of Fun - Weekends All October Long

Kansas City, MO

Worlds of Fun offers fun for the whole family. For those that like to get spooked, come after dark to get the Haunt experience. Haunted houses, good food, and scary characters make for a night. For those not wanting to get scared, go during the day and experience fall fun at the Great Pumpkin Fest.

Glow: The Magic of Nature - October 19-20, 2018

Kingsville, MO

Powell Gardens hosts this amazing fall festival filled with activities for the whole family. Walk through a mile-long path adorned with jack-o-lanterns and other festive decor. Food, fun, and family - what more could you want?

Maple Leaf Festival - October 20-21, 2018

Baldwin City, KS

The annual Maple Leaf Festival has been going on since 1958. This tradition hosts all of your festival favorites including craft booths, yummy food, and a parade. Come enjoy what this city has to offer not only its residents, but also new comers ready for a beautiful Fall festival.

Dogtober Fest - October 21, 2018

Blue Springs, MO

Dogtober fest is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year! Bring a donation of dry or canned dog food, and get in free. Dogs and owners alike will have fun enjoying the many games, contests and competitions. The festival benefits the Kemper Outdoor Education Center as well as two local animal shelters.

Mildale Farm Fall Fest - October 27, 2018

Edgerton, KS

This free event on the Mildale Farm property is a great place to take your family for some festive fall activities. Hayrides, crafts, and a petting zoo are just some of the things your family can do at this usually reservation-only farm. Bring your whole family and everyone will find something fun that they can do!
